You are the direct employer and hire staff in your company with social insurance or exempt from social insurance (in the case of short-term employment). You only pay the fixed recruitment costs for our placement service after 2 weeks of successful employment.
We efficiently find suitable candidates for your open positions based on your requirements.
Our core tasks include:
1. Personnel acquisition: searching and selecting suitable personnel based on your requirements.
2. Paperwork: the review of admission documents and the preparation of the documents required for employment.
3. Follow-up support for employees for up to 3 months: solving various tasks that may arise during the hiring process and within 3 months after employment. We understand that communicating with foreign employees, especially when good English language skills are not necessary for the position, can create a greater workload for employers. To minimize this effort, we help establish good internal communication during the 3-month period. We stay in touch with all employees and assist employers in communicating about work-related matters (shift changes, coordination of working hours and payments, sick leave, job changes, termination).
The duration of the employment relationship depends on the positive attitude of the employees to work, as well as the attractiveness of the work environment, financial and social conditions, living conditions, etc. Our experience has convinced us that the better the expectations match reality, the higher the chance that the employee will remain motivated and work long-term.
That is why all of our applicants receive very detailed information about each job, both verbally and in writing, and before they decide on one of the job offers, they know whether it is long-term or short-term employment and what conditions are offered.
We receive over 100 applications every day from applicants looking for a job, which means that even large personnel requirements can be met very quickly and efficiently. You will usually receive the first applicant profiles from us within 2-7 working days. If, for example, you need workers with fewer required qualifications, this time can also be shortened.
We always ask you to submit a personnel request in a timely manner if you need a large number of personnel at a specific time or are looking for qualified professionals. The recruitment process may take longer in this case.
We also ask for your understanding that placement cannot always be guaranteed because it depends on the availability of the requested applicants. In this case, you will not incur any costs.
We provide both unskilled workers who can handle simple and quickly trainable tasks, as well as qualified professionals completely according to your personnel requirements. You can conduct an interview with the applicants on site/by phone/online and arrange a trial day.
We do not charge you a recruitment fee for the first 2 weeks of employment. During this time, you can determine whether the personnel are professionally suitable or whether replacements are needed.
The placement costs are split into 3 parts: 40% after 2 weeks of employment, 30% after 6 weeks and the remaining 30% after 10 weeks of employment. This keeps your business risk low.
If workers do not have their own accommodation near the place of employment or if the employer cannot provide accommodation, we will help them find a rental apartment and organize the transfer to work.
Ensuring timely arrival in the foreign country or to the workplace is also one of our responsibilities.
Our applicants have very different levels of English, from zero to C1 level, and are people who have lived in your country for months or years, as well as young graduates and students who have never visited your country. The candidates are selected for your positions according to their language skills (German, English, other languages) and qualification requirements and offered to you for testing and further interview.

If the employee is successfully placed, our team receives a fixed placement fee from the client.
The placement fee is due from the date of signing the contract between the applicant and the client as follows:
40% after 2 weeks of employment,
30% after 6 weeks of employment
30% after 10 weeks of employment of the placed applicants.
If the applicant is terminated during the first 2 weeks of employment, the entitlement to the placement fee is void.
A fee per hour is also possible for personnel service providers.
