Our digitalized recruiting process enables fast and efficient employee acquisition. Just as much time and attention is given to personal communication with the applicants in order to determine whether the applicants’ qualifications and expectations match the employer’s requirements and possibilities. 

We will also take care of the applicants’ timely arrival at the place of employment for contract signing, training and starting work. Employers are supported by our experienced project managers during the 3-month probationary period to establish good internal communication with new employees. We stay in contact with all employees to communicate on all issues relating to work (shift schedule changes, coordination of working hours and billing, sick leave, change of job).

Important! For short-term employment, we provide support to students until their departure from the workplace. When several people arrive at once, personal assistance with arrival, accommodation, orientation, etc., at the workplace is also possible.
